When will my order be delivered?
We ship weekly, typically on Thursdays. You can expect your order to arrive within 3–10 days.
Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our store in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, not at the moment. But we're working on making it possible! 😊
Can I exchange my shirt, sweater, or hoodie?
Yes, absolutely! We want you to love what you wear. However, exchanges require effort and cost for both sides, so we encourage you to check the size charts carefully before ordering.
If an item doesn’t fit, please email us at store@sheepsheeprecords.ch, and we’ll exchange it for the correct size.
Note: You’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item(s), but we’ll handle the shipping for the replacement.
Where can I find size charts for shirts, sweaters, and hoodies?
The size chart is located on the product page. Check the photos on the left side of the product description—it’s usually the second or third image.
Does my purchase directly support the bands?
Yes! Your payment goes straight to us, just as it would if you bought merchandise at a concert.
